Ketchikan Drywall Services, Inc., was established in 1981. Initially founded in Ketchikan, AK, we relocated to Washington in 1984, but maintained the Southeast Alaskan name as a nod to our roots. With over 44 years of experience as a drywall and steel stud framing subcontractor, we have built a solid reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. KDS is the preferred partner for custom home builders. We are known for finishing projects on time and setting the industry standard in quality and efficiency. Our company has excelled in high-rise projects, performing all steel stud framing and drywall, multi-unit housing, remote work, and single-family development plats.
